OSO EASY® CHERRY PIE

Welcome to the World of Rose Gardening or Rose Gardening World.  Take time and smell the roses.  Roses have been around for millions of years which just prove that roses are not difficult to grow. The Rose is also our National Floral Emblem and the state flower of several states.  Here at Rose Gardening World, you’ll find rose articles that will educate you about roses – its history, rose culture, rose profiles and even rose verses all in one place.  So visit Rose Gardening World often.

This spring, I went to Hyam Nursery on Folly Road in James Island, SC and looking for David Austin roses but instead I saw this shrub roses looking at me and looked so healthy.  At first, I thought it was Home Run.  The flowers are bright red, single with bright yellow stamens.  I could not resist it and bought it.  I have no room for it so it found its place on a pot and I placed it outside my back gate.  It was a little bit shady there in the afternoon but the rose never complained.  It looked very healthy, no blackspot and vigorous with glossy dark green foliage.  It is highly disease resistant.  I never sprayed it with anything.  It is very floriferous.  I love it.  I
highly recommend it.
